Who we are

This website is operated by Omnivane LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“Omnivane”, “we”, “us”). Omnivane provides paid media buying, ad creative and related growth services to businesses. For the purposes of data protection law, Omnivane LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you email contact@omnivane.store or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address or phone number, your company, and whatever you write about your business, markets, budgets or ad accounts. Please don't send us passwords or payment card details.

When you visit the site

This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no comments and no newsletter sign-up, and we don't add analytics or advertising scripts to it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical data in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. Cloudflare may also give us aggregated, privacy-preserving traffic statistics (for example, page view counts by country) that don't identify individual visitors.

What we don't collect

We don't knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health, religion or political opinions) through this site, and we ask you not to send them to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and arrange a call.
• To assess whether and how we could work together, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To keep business records, including correspondence that leads to an engagement.
• To keep the site available and secure (through Cloudflare's processing of technical data).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We don't use your data for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Legal bases

Where the EU or UK GDPR, or a similar law, applies, we rely on:

• Steps before a contract, when you contact us about our services.
• Legitimate interests, for replying to general enquiries, keeping business records and keeping the site secure. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep certain records.
• Consent, where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host the site and our communications: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider, and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you message us there. WhatsApp processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• A successor business, if Omnivane is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

International transfers

Omnivane LLC is based in the United States and works with clients in the Gulf, wider MENA and North Africa. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed in data centers close to you and in other countries. As a result, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may not have the same data protection rules. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or the safeguards our providers offer.

Retention

• Enquiries that don't lead to work together: kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client correspondence and records: kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other legal obligations require.
• Hosting and security logs: kept by Cloudflare for limited periods set by Cloudflare's own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data;
• restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it;
• complain to a data protection authority.

Many countries where our clients are based have their own data protection laws, for example in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. Whatever your location, we will handle a reasonable request about your data in good faith and apply the rights your local law gives you.

To make a request, email contact@omnivane.store. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days. We won't charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies and uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse (for example, to confirm a browser has passed a security check). These don't track you across other sites, and because they are strictly necessary, they don't require consent under most cookie laws. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though security checks may then ask you to verify again.

If you follow a link to another site, such as WhatsApp, that site's own cookie and privacy policies apply.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to client and enquiry data to the people who need it, and we use reputable providers with their own security programs. No system is completely secure, so if you believe something has gone wrong, please tell us straight away.

Children

Our services are for businesses, and this site is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. We will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll make the update clear on the site.
